It has been a long time when I jog with friend colleagues. Probably more than a year or more. π
I stopped jogging because I felt like my body is so heavy that my knees are aching afterwards. I thought that I should focus first in losing weight by cutting down on my food intake before I engage into physical activities. So now, that I am just barely heavier than my weight when I was still single, is the right time to jog again at least once a week haha. Making baby steps one at a time. π
